Terms of Use

Access to Somix is provided to registered tenants subject to the platform's acceptable-use policy: no unlawful content, no attempts to bypass data-residency or approval controls, and no unauthorised automated abuse of the model or tool gateway.

Usage is metered in platform credits. Plans, allowances and billing are shown in your account. Tool calls that are classified as high-risk require explicit human approval before execution.

The service is provided on an as-is basis for the current evaluation phase; availability targets and support terms are stated on the platform's SLA page.
