Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable and prohibited uses of Somix Services. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

You may not use Somix Services to:

• Generate or distribute illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material, terrorism-related content, or content that violates applicable laws.
• Generate content that is harassing, threatening, or intended to cause harm to individuals or groups.
• Generate sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consenting individuals.
• Create spam, phishing content, or malware.
• Engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, extract, or attempt to replicate our proprietary models.
• Use the Services for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate safeguards.
• Build competing products or services using our API.
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions.

Our Services are not designed for use in: life-critical medical diagnosis or treatment; operation of critical infrastructure; weapons systems or military applications; or any context where failure could result in death or serious injury.

We may employ automated systems to detect and prevent violations of this policy. Content flagged by these systems may be reviewed by our trust and safety team. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.
