This Privacy Policy describes how Somix Pte. Ltd. ("Somix," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our Services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Account information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account.

Usage data: Interactions with our Services, including prompts, generated content, feature usage, and API calls.

Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and logs for security and performance monitoring.

We use your information to: provide and improve our Services; process payments; communicate with you about your account; ensure security and prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations. We do not use your conversation data to train our foundation models unless you explicitly opt in.

We share data with: service providers (Stripe for payments, cloud providers for hosting); legal authorities when required by law; and with your consent. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes for up to 90 days after deletion.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security audits. Our infrastructure is hosted in secure data centers with SOC 2 compliance.

Somix is based in Singapore. Data may be processed in Singapore and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We ensure adequate protection through standard contractual clauses and compliance with applicable data protection laws including Singapore's PDPA.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
